EORI REGISTRATION

WELCOME TO YOUR EORI REGISTRATION

As of 1 January 2021, if your business involves imports or exports of physical goods into the EU or UK, you may require a new EORI number.

Waiting times are likely to increase as more and more companies apply. Make sure to get yours now in order to avoid costs and delays at the border when clearing customs.

For NL EORI Application

Trade registration/Proof of legitimacy – Please upload a copy of the Trade registration or alternative document under "Upload copy" and press the button "next". This should be an extract from your country's commercial register, and it should contain incorporation date, your Business Name, Address, and the name of your Legal Representative.

For UK EORI Application

Trade registration/Proof of legitimacy – Please upload a copy of the Trade registration or alternative document under "Upload copy" and press the button "Save and Complete". This should be an extract from your country's commercial register, and it should contain your Business Name, Address, and the name of your Legal Representative.

Passport – Please upload a passport copy of the legal representative (Company director) and press the button "submit".
